Double Medical Sheepskin Bedcover

Medical sheepskins are therapeutic hides tanned using plant-based substances, without the harmful and toxic compounds of chrome and chlorine that are damaging to humans and the environment. This process gives the hides a warm golden-yellow colour and silky, fluffy wool. Sheepskins tanned in this way are referred to as “healing skins” and are recommended by rheumatologists and physiotherapists for people with rheumatism and joint issues, for example as bedcover.

We ensure excellent wool quality and attractive shapes by hand-selecting only the finest sheepskins for our collection. Please note that the shape and colour of each hide may vary slightly. Occasionally, small brown or dark spots may be present on the bedding surface, but this does not affect the quality or functionality of the product.
