We deliver across the United Kingdom. For other countries, please visit the relevant country store.
Delivery cost
£4.95 on orders under £75. Free on orders of £75 or more.
Any charge is shown before you complete your order.
No import charges
We are registered for UK VAT, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. No customs fees, no handling charges, no surprises at the door.
Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Delivery time
Usually 2 to 3 working days. All delivery times are estimates.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days to change your mind, longer than the law requires.
You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return something, and then 14 days to send it back.
Returns are free: we pay the postage. Want a different item? Return the first one free of charge and simply place a new order; the standard delivery rate applies to the new order (free from £75). If an item is faulty, we send you a replacement free of charge.
Please register your return through the form on our Returns page before sending anything back, and we will arrange it.
Partial deliveries
If an item is not immediately available we may ship in more than one parcel. You will not be charged extra for this.
Damage in transit
If goods arrive visibly damaged, please tell the courier if you can and contact us straight away. Not doing so has no effect on your legal rights, but doing so helps us claim against the carrier.
