Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that the refund will be credited to the same payment method you used during your original purchase. Bank transaction times may vary, so it might take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs. However, we may make a deduction from your refund if the returned goods show damage due to unnecessary handling by you.
Return Timeframe
You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period ends.
